How are payments collected?
Payments are collected via credit card, cash, or wire transfers.
When is payment collected?
50% of the total is collected at time of booking with the remaining 50% collected 30 days prior to departure.
If the charter date is within 30 days of booking the full amount is due.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are not refundable but can be used as credits for future trips in certain circumstances.
Are there additional fees involved in pricing?
4 % fees are charged for credit card payments and a credit card must be provided as a security deposit at time of final payment. An authorization hold will be placed on the card but it will not be charged unless items are purchased or damaged during the charter. Cash security deposits are also accepted.
Is gratuity included in the price?
No gratuity is not included but the industry standard is 15-20%. All gratuity goes directly to charter staff.
Are food and drinks included?
Yes, food and drinks are included on all charters. Depending on the type of charter will dictate which meals / snacks are provided.
Is there an open bar?
Yes, all charters include open bars.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, but guests are not allowed to cook on board.
Is there WIFI?
Most of our yachts have WIFI but please confirm with your broker.
Are children permitted?
Yes, children are permitted on all yachts.
How many guests are allowed?
This will vary based on the yacht which your broker will confirm with you.
